We specialize in offering tailored catering solutions for a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to large corporate functions. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of culinary excellence, impeccable service, and attention to detail that delights our guests and clients alike. As part of our commitment to excellence, we continuously seek a skilled and motivated individual to lead our catering and sales operations, enhancing our brand presence and growing our catering business.

The Restaurant Catering & Sales Manager plays a crucial role by driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and overseeing the seamless execution of catering events. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients from the moment an inquiry is made through to post-event follow-up, ensuring a high-touch, personalized experience that fosters lasting client relationships and repeat business. This includes detailed event planning, menu customization, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.

The manager must actively prospect new catering opportunities, develop tailored proposals, manage contract negotiations, and collaborate extensively with culinary and service teams to exceed guest expectations. The position involves conducting property tours, leading sales outreach initiatives, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities to optimize revenue potential. This role also requires hands-on involvement during event days to ensure flawless delivery and swift problem resolution.

Candidates for this position should be adept at building and nurturing relationships within the local business community and beyond, generating leads and establishing a loyal client base. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to accommodate the dynamic nature of event schedules. A background in event planning or catering sales combined with relevant education or certifications will support success in this pivotal role. This career opportunity offers a rewarding environment where client satisfaction, creativity, and leadership come together to elevate the overall guest experience and drive business growth.
