The Restaurant Cashier role at Morimoto Asia involves collaborating closely with dining room, service, and kitchen teams to facilitate transactions efficiently and accurately. Cashiers are responsible for tracking orders, handling money, validating payment methods, issuing receipts, and providing change when necessary. This role requires excellent guest service skills to ensure a positive dining experience. Cashiers will use the restaurant's point of sale system to manage orders and transactions accurately. They are also tasked with maintaining an organized checkout area, keeping stationeries like receipt paper fully stocked, and adhering to cash handling protocols such as counting cash drawers at the beginning of shifts.
