The company prides itself on fostering an environment where team members can express their bold personalities, have fun, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Outback Steakhouse maintains rigorous standards of cleanliness and service, emphasizing a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that drives customer satisfaction and repeat business. The restaurant is also dedicated to diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of race, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic.
The Busser role at Outback Steakhouse plays a vital part in sustaining the lively and hospitable environment the restaurant is famous for. As a Busser, your primary responsibility is to enhance each guest’s dining experience through friendly, prompt, and attentive service. You will be tasked with bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness and orderliness. Supporting the front-of-house team, you will help maintain a sanitary and inviting dining floor, ensuring guests have a fresh and enjoyable environment from start to finish. This role requires quick thinking, teamwork, and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to contributing to an "AUS-SOME" experience, which is the company’s trademark for exceptional service. The job emphasizes not only the functional aspects of table and restaurant maintenance but also the importance of creating a fun and lively atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
As part of the Bloomin’ Brands family, Outback Steakhouse offers a variety of benefits to its employees, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and opportunities for retirement savings through a 401(k) plan.
