Established with a passion for bold flavors and a welcoming atmosphere, Outback Steakhouse has earned its reputation for high-quality steaks, seafood, and a variety of signature dishes, backed by a culture that celebrates team spirit and outstanding service.
The Restaurant Busser role at Outback Steakhouse is an essential position within the front-of-house team. As a Busser, you will be the backbone of the dining room operations, responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment for all guests. This role is best suited for energetic and positive individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant setting and who are committed to delivering excellent customer service. Working as a Busser offers not only the chance to be part of a vibrant team but also to contribute directly to the smooth operation of the dining experience by supporting servers and hosts alike.
In this role, you will be tasked with promptly bussing and resetting tables, performing pre-bussing during meals, and ensuring that guest touchpoints are sanitized in accordance with strict cleanliness standards. Your efforts help maintain the flow of service and easily enhance guest satisfaction by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Flexible scheduling is a key feature of this position, with shifts that often include nights and weekends to accommodate peak restaurant hours. Outback Steakhouse values teamwork and encourages its Bussers to display a friendly, helpful attitude that positively influences the overall dining atmosphere.
In addition to competitive pay starting at $9 per hour plus tips, Outback Steakhouse offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the Bloomin' Brands family.
