As a Restaurant Busser at Outback Steakhouse, you will be an essential part of the front-of-house team, ensuring that every guest experiences a clean and welcoming dining environment from the moment they enter. Your role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area by promptly bussing and resetting tables, practicing "pre-bussing" by removing unnecessary dishes during meals, and assisting the team with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service. This position requires strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with servers and hosts, a commitment to maintaining high sanitation and cleanliness standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be friendly, attentive, and dedicated to contributing to a memorable guest experience while working in a vibrant and high-energy atmosphere.
