Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
  • clean and set tables according to brand standards
  • serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
  • greet guests by name when possible
  • stack trays properly for efficient bussing
  • follow safety and sanitary practices at all times
  • complete closing tasks including storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment and areas, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, and securing doors
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift
  • inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware prior to use
  • adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance
  • welcome guests and anticipate their service needs
  • comply with quality control standards
  • develop positive work relationships and support team goals
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift, move, and place objects up to 50 pounds
  • navigate various surfaces and climb stairs or ramps
  • perform additional reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
