Job Requirements
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to chemicals
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations
Job Qualifications
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing side work per checklists
- Greet customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding drinks and menu items
- Take drink orders from customers or servers
- Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard beverage recipes
- Take food orders from guests and submit to kitchen for preparation
- Properly record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment
- Wash glassware as needed
