Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- compliance with food and beverage regulations
- strong work ethic
- excellent guest service skills
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the desired job
- deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique
- ability to operate point-of-sales system accurately and efficiently
- proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel
- experience in high-volume restaurants is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- plan and present bar menu
- check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
