Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Must understand drink mixology and recipes
Must enjoy hosting others
Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment
Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by supervisor or manager
Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission
Must be able to work as a team and have a guest-first attitude
Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment
Must be able to work at a very fast pace
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Foster a fun environment
Be a gracious host to guests and co-workers
Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
Ensure interactions with guests follow the ACES Service Program guidelines
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed according to policy and TIPS training
Promote gaming events and promotions
Process cash and credit card transactions maintaining financial integrity
Prepare and pour drinks with proper measured portions and ingredients according to recipes
Slice fruit as required
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked workstation or section
Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
Work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Make drinks for servers when rang in
Serve, clear, and expedite food
Perform side-work as directed
Work special events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
