Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Ensure interactions follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene according to company policy and T.I.P.S training
- Promote gaming events and promotions
- Process cash and credit card transactions while maintaining financial integrity
- Prepare and pour drinks with proper measured portions according to recipes
- Slice fruit as required
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked workstation
- Comply with state, company, and department policies
- Work open availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Make servers drinks when rang in
- Serve tables and expedite food
- Perform side-work as directed
- Work special events as needed
- Perform other duties as required
