Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment preferred
  • Proficiency in bartending techniques including cocktail creation and mixology
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with guests
  • Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and POS systems
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to loud noise levels
  • Availability from 2 pm to 11 pm including weekends
  • Previous hotel bartender experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages adhering to recipes and standards
  • Create innovative cocktails showcasing mixology skills and knowledge of trends
  • Provide friendly and efficient service ensuring guest satisfaction and rapport
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
  • Maintain accurate bar inventory levels and order stock as needed
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor including origins and pairings
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
