Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment preferred
Proficiency in bartending techniques including cocktail creation and mixology
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with guests
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and POS systems
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to loud noise levels
Availability from 2 pm to 11 pm including weekends
Previous hotel bartender experience is a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages adhering to recipes and standards
Create innovative cocktails showcasing mixology skills and knowledge of trends
Provide friendly and efficient service ensuring guest satisfaction and rapport
Accurately handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
Maintain accurate bar inventory levels and order stock as needed
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor including origins and pairings
Maintain a clean and organized bar area adhering to health and safety regulations
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
