Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment preferred
- Proficiency in bartending techniques including cocktail creation and mixology
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to loud noise levels
- Availability from 2 pm to 11 pm including weekends
- Previous hotel bartender experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages adhering to recipes and standards
- Create innovative cocktails showcasing mixology skills and knowledge of trends
- Provide friendly and efficient service ensuring guest satisfaction and rapport
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Maintain accurate bar inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor including origins and pairings
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area adhering to health and safety regulations
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
