Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age with youth employment certificate
  • Prior bartender experience required
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Understanding and adherence to ABC laws
  • Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends consistently
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace policies
  • Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Report if operating club machinery or golf cart
  • Compliance with state and federal youth employment regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartender experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Understanding of ABC laws
  • Proficiency in mixology including food and wine pairings, wine presentation and service
  • Ability to operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

  • Prepare, pour and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Follow food safety, sanitation practices, and ABC laws
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale system accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare garnishes, fruit mixes and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening bar
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Work evenings, holidays and weekends consistently
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent member experience
