Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age with youth employment certificate
- Prior bartender experience required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Understanding and adherence to ABC laws
- Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends consistently
- Must pass pre-employment screening
- Must comply with drug-free workplace policies
- Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Report if operating club machinery or golf cart
- Compliance with state and federal youth employment regulations
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartender experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Understanding of ABC laws
- Proficiency in mixology including food and wine pairings, wine presentation and service
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Prepare, pour and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Follow food safety, sanitation practices, and ABC laws
- Operate the Point-of-Sale system accurately and efficiently
- Prepare garnishes, fruit mixes and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening bar
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Work evenings, holidays and weekends consistently
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent member experience
