Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED
1 to 2 years of bartending experience
certified to serve alcohol
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time

Job Duties

prepare cocktails and other drinks following recipes
serve members and customers promptly including checking identification and accepting payment
maintain cleanliness of bar surface, furniture, and equipment
restock liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients and replace beer barrels
reconcile the bar's cash register at the end of the shift
