Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 18 years of age
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be able to stand for extended periods
good physical stamina
legal authorization to work in the United States
willingness to learn new recipes and bar techniques

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or bar-back experience preferred
knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations
capacity to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
check identification to verify legal drinking age
interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
restock bar inventory and supplies
follow all food and beverage regulations
provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests
