Job Requirements
- Prior bartending or food and beverage experience required
- Knowledge of local and state liquor laws a must
- Holds or willing to obtain a valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, RVP, or state/local equivalent) in compliance with applicable regulations
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications

- Highly knowledgeable in drink preparation and bar operations

- Demonstrated calmness and poise under pressure
- Strong multitasking capability while maintaining a polished demeanor
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Engage guests with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and energetic presence that reflects the spirit of Unscripted Hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, garnishes, and supplies
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and reconciliation of guest tabs
- Check guest identification and uphold all local and state beverage service laws and guidelines
- Collaborate with servers and culinary staff to ensure timely and seamless service
- Manage inventory by monitoring par levels, restocking items, and reporting shortages to management
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with discretion, professionalism, and empathy
- Participate in setting up and breaking down the bar for daily service or special events
- Support a respectful, team-oriented environment that values safety, professionalism, and mutual support
