Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must have the ability to communicate in english
- self-starting personality with an even disposition
- must be willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
- must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation including various alcoholic beverages
- basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register make change total guest checks count total bank prepare cash drops total charges and understand portion sizes
- sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnish pick up glassware and bottles scoop ice mix drinks and reach overhead to retrieve stock
- ability to remember recite and promote the variety of menu items
- ability to operate keyboard and point of sale procedures pre-check orders and close out checks
- ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time

Job Duties
- serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- prepare beverages for servers to supply to guests
- maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily including requisitioning and stocking liquor paper products condiments and produce
- maintain stock and prepare fresh fruit/vegetable garnishes juices and perishables daily
- greet guests courier and friendly manner promote and document drink orders
- mix garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- abide by all state federal and corporate alcoholic beverage service regulations
- input all orders into register at point of sale create checks for guests
- receive cash verify charges record charges insure vouchers properly executed and balance money
- lock up and store beverage food and equipment deposit cash drops secure bank
- perform other job related duties as assigned
