Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or related field preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of alcohol safety laws and regulations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Follow the steps of service and The Source guidelines for preparing cocktails and other drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized section and collaborate with bartenders to wash glassware and utensils
- Educate guests about beverage options and daily specials
- Discuss food pairing options to promote sales
- Collect payment and operate a cash register
- Check identification and monitor alcohol consumption
- Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays
- Serve customers in a friendly manner
- Monitor inventory and delegate replenishment to barbacks
- Mix drinks according to recipes to ensure consistency
