- possess food or beverage service worker permit where applicable
- have at least one year of bartending experience
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar terminology
