Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and/or literacy to identify product labels and communicate effectively
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- possess a warm and professional demeanor reflecting company culture
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and relevant experience in bartending
- bartender certification or similar credentials preferred
- strong knowledge of mixing techniques and drink recipes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience in hotel hospitality preferred
- passion for mixology and guest service
Job Duties
- Craft classic and creative cocktails
- deliver exceptional service in a vibrant bar atmosphere
- engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
- manage bar inventory and stock supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- comply with all health and safety regulations
