The Bartender role at Norfolk Sheraton is critical in delivering outstanding beverage service to guests. Bartenders are responsible for crafting and serving beverages skillfully and efficiently while creating a welcoming environment that ensures guests feel cared for. This role suits candidates who possess at least six months of bartending or hospitality experience, with certification or willingness to obtain Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness credentials within 60 days. Physical stamina is necessary, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift, and flexibility for working nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.
