Through its innovative and integrated approach, OVG has set the industry standard in live entertainment, consistently driving growth and excellence in every aspect of its operations.

We are currently seeking experienced Restaurant Bartenders to join an exclusive members-only club known as Ra Ra Room, a collaboration between Major Food Group and Oak View Group, situated in downtown Phoenix. This fine dining establishment epitomizes sophistication and professionalism, where the highest standards of cuisine and service are expected. The role is ideal for hospitality professionals possessing a strong work ethic, a passion for exceptional guest experiences, and extensive knowledge of bartending.

Moreover, part-time employees enjoy benefits such as access to the 401(k) savings plan along with employer matching contributions, highlighting OVG's commitment to supporting its team members' long-term financial well-being.

As a Restaurant Bartender at Ra Ra Room, you will play a key role in delivering impeccable service by preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages tailored to guests’ preferences. The position demands a proactive engagement with patrons, assessing their tastes and making expert recommendations while maintaining a polished, friendly demeanor. Your responsibilities will also extend to handling point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiently restocking supplies, including liquor products, mixers, and garnishes.

This is more than just a bartending role; it encompasses inventory management duties such as monthly liquor inventory counts, variance analysis, order processing, and maintaining an organized and clean liquor room environment. These tasks ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to the overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
