Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate a warm and professional demeanor consistent with company culture
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience
- Bartender certification preferred
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage trends
Job Duties
- Craft classic and creative cocktails for guests
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service
- Manage bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Report to Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards
- Promote a welcoming and vibrant bar atmosphere
