The Bartender role at Life Time is a vital position within the hospitality and customer service team. This hourly role comes with wages starting at $16.50 per hour, with potential increases up to $19.50 based on experience and qualifications. Bartenders at Life Time not only prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages but also play an integral part in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. The role requires a thorough understanding of alcohol serving laws and the ability to follow recipes with precision to craft quality cocktails. Interaction with customers is a key aspect, with responsibilities including checking identification to ensure age compliance, answering questions, and providing timely service.
