Job Description

Bronc's Tack Room is a distinctive new establishment located just half a block from the main intersection of the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District, a landmark area known for its rich history and vibrant cultural scene. Spanning 6,155 square feet across two stories, Bronc's is set to be the first of its kind: a venue combining a street-level new-age western saloon with a classic dive bar basement. The concept blends tradition with modern flair, offering a unique atmosphere where patrons can enjoy hot sandwiches prepared at the bar alongside an impressive selection of frozen schooners filled with ice-cold beer and expertly crafted strong cocktails. This makes Bronc's both a culinary and social hotspot designed to attract locals and tourists alike seeking an authentic yet innovative experience within Fort Worth's dynamic entertainment landscape.

Bronc's Tack Room is currently assembling its inaugural team with employment commencing from early April through mid-May. The company is actively conducting on-site interviews to select candidates for multiple key roles, including floor managers, bar managers, bartenders, barbacks, servers, runners, hosts, security personnel, porters, kitchen staff, line cooks, prep team members, and dishwashers. Each role plays a critical part in maintaining the venue’s high standards, vibrant energy, and seamless operational flow.

This comprehensive hiring effort emphasizes flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and most major holidays. Positions offer competitive salaries or hourly wages with added incentives such as tips, bonuses based on sales and cost savings, private party pay, and potential for career advancement within the company. Bronc's Tack Room takes pride in fostering a positive and dynamic work environment where teamwork, guest satisfaction, and professional growth are prioritized.

Floor managers are tasked with overseeing daily operations, staff management, service quality assurance, and customer relations with responsibilities extending to fill in as general managers when necessary. Bar managers focus on beverage preparation, guest engagement, bar upkeep, and leading bartenders toward improved sales and guest experiences. Bartenders embody the heart of the venue by crafting drinks, building a regular clientele, and matching the bar’s energetic atmosphere. Barbacks support the bar staff with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining bar flow, while servers and runners ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction throughout the venue.

Hosts provide the first welcoming impression and assist guests with seating, waitlists, and venue information, augmenting the guest experience with courteous hospitality. Security personnel maintain safety and professionalism, managing entry points, crowd control, and incident resolution. Porters are vital in maintaining clean and organized spaces, supporting cleaning efforts throughout the venue. The kitchen staff and dishwashers uphold culinary excellence and sanitation, ensuring a quality dining experience that complements Bronc’s bar offerings.

Employee benefits include flexible scheduling, discounted food and beverage items, stipends for insurance, paid time off options, vacation and sick leaves, employee discounts, and various opportunities for growth and development. Bronc's Tack Room is committed to supporting staff with a robust benefits package alongside a collaborative working culture that values dedication and customer-centric service excellence. This exciting opportunity invites motivated individuals to join a pioneering team in one of Fort Worth’s most historic and lively districts, contributing to an innovative new arrival in the local hospitality scene.
