Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking experience preferred
- food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to follow detailed recipes and safety guidelines
- strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- effective communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- experience in baking or a related role is preferred
- established knowledge of baking procedures, criteria, and compliance with sanitation regulations
- certification required for acquiring certification in food safety
- mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy is important
- possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting proficiency in both written and verbal forms of expression
- physical expectations include ability to manage activities like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking/standing
- willingness to comply with uniform and PPE requirements as part of the job
