Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in fast casual dining or customer service preferred
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • positive and upbeat attitude
  • strong team player mindset
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry
  • knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

  • ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

  • basic math skills for handling service ware and supplies

Job Duties

  • quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner
  • serve beverages, breads and butter to begin dining experience and replenish as necessary
  • transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products
  • fold napkins and restock condiments throughout the day
  • perform other duties such as cleaning spills and handling special guest requests
  • report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately
