As an Associate Manager at Fazoli’s, you play a crucial role in the daily operations and success of the restaurant while preparing to advance into a future General Manager position. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Experience managing a high-volume business
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire others

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or similar $1MM+ business
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of business operations including sales, marketing and human resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and high standards
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Desire to grow into a General Manager role

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team of associates
  • Lead by example and treat all people with dignity and respect
  • Leverage company policies, systems and processes to execute operations flawlessly
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
  • Support the General Manager and work collaboratively with the team to ensure restaurant success
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and brand representation
  • Drive the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement
