The current opportunity is for Full-Service Restaurant Assistant Managers at two of TooJay's restaurants located in The Villages: Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing. These full-time roles come with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year. After the initial training period, each Assistant Manager will be assigned specifically to one of the two restaurant locations to lead operations. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a career in restaurant management with responsibilities focused on training and developing team members to deliver consistently high-quality food and outstanding guest service. Assistant Managers act as critical leaders within the restaurant, fostering an environment conducive to both personal and professional growth for employees. In this role, you will oversee daily functions, assure employee adherence to the brand’s standards, and support management in achieving performance targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • Current Manager ServSafe Certification required within first few months
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Driving history acceptable to the company
