Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and cooperative interaction abilities
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys assistant manager development plan
- Obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- Ensure team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
- Provide proper training and ongoing coaching to team members
- Create effective work schedules following standards and laws
- Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
- Supervise, lead, and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals
- Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate performance concerns to general manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
- Foster positive culture and team morale through recognition
- Handle and report guest and team member complaints and concerns
- Ensure adherence to processes, policies, and procedures
- Maintain compliance with franchising guidelines and legal regulations
- Keep accurate and current management records
- Maintain flexibility to perform beyond job description
- Ensure team safety and adherence to guidelines
- Report human resources and risk management concerns
- Escalate issues to supervisors when needed
- Perform all duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations
