- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school equivalency
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience
- Proficient communication skills in English verbal and in written
- Proven track record of success as a restaurant manager in service, food and beverage industry, generally involving at least two to three years of front-of-the-house operations and or assistant management position
- Possesses excellent basic math and writing skills and has the ability to operate a computer or POS system
- Must be Food Handler Certified

Job Duties
- Proactively handles all staff and guest requests or concerns quickly, fairly, and with care
- Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
- Ensures that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Hurricane Grill and Wings recipe and standards
- Assists the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
- Reports all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Hurricane Grill and Wings general manager
- Schedules labor as required by anticipating business activity and ensuring that all positions are staffed as needed
- Is knowledgeable of Hurricane Grill and Wings policies regarding personnel and administers prompt, fair and consistent corrective for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures
- Fully understands and complies with all regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements
- Provides advice and suggestions to General Manager as needed
