They are committed to creating a welcoming environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, reinforcing their mission to build healthy futures through quality food and dynamic team culture.

The Assistant Manager role at CHOPT is a full-time, on-site position designed for leaders who are enthusiastic about driving team success and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience, with the potential for scheduled or unscheduled overtime based on business needs. Assistant Managers are expected to foster positivity and inclusivity, prioritize outstanding customer service, train and coach staff, and support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes maintaining food safety standards, ensuring workplace safety, assisting with administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and ordering, all while proudly representing and protecting the CHOPT brand.

Candidates will start by participating in a comprehensive 5-week Management in Training program, followed by a year-long development path aimed at enhancing leadership and operational skills, providing a clear career trajectory within the company. CHOPT offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, maternity leave, paid bonding time for fathers and adoptive parents, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, commuter and dependent care benefits, a corporate wellness plan with ClassPass, and fully company-paid short term disability insurance. Additional perks include free salads, a flexible schedule, employee discounts, referral programs, and paid training.
