Job Duties
- deliver exceptional customer service through fast, efficient service and high-quality products
- uphold standards of excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness
- foster a collaborative and positive environment for both customers and staff
- maintain a solid understanding and operation of all restaurant equipment
- supervise shift leaders and team members during shifts
- assist in overseeing all restaurant operations
- aid in recruiting, training, and evaluating employee performance
- handle accounting tasks and prepare reports for submission to headquarters
- manage the ACT program
- quickly and accurately prepare customer orders according to standards
- collaborate with the team to ensure consistent customer satisfaction through quality and cleanliness
- prioritize customer service first, followed by maintaining the dining area and workspaces
- operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner when possible
- report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
