As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily restaurant operations, working closely with management to ensure efficiency, quality, and excellent customer service are maintained at all times. Your responsibilities will include supervising shift leaders and team members during shifts, managing operational tasks such as cash control, inventory, and reporting, and upholding critical standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Job Duties
