  • good hearing and vision for working with customers and operating kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional customer service through fast, efficient service and high-quality products

  • maintain a solid understanding and operation of all restaurant equipment
  • supervise shift leaders and team members during shifts
  • assist in overseeing all restaurant operations
  • aid in recruiting, training, and evaluating employee performance
  • handle accounting tasks and prepare reports for submission to headquarters
  • manage the ACT program
  • quickly and accurately prepare customer orders according to standards
  • collaborate with the team to ensure consistent customer satisfaction through quality and cleanliness
  • prioritize customer service first, followed by maintaining the dining area and workspaces
  • operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner when possible
  • report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
