- ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- ability to perform all restaurant duties including pizza delivery

- ability to operate phones, computers, fax machines and copiers

Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing all functions of the restaurant
- ensure high quality products and service are delivered
- manage operations including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- contribute to profit goals by using the PROFIT System
- execute cash management duties
- assist in managing inventory levels to minimize loss
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety and organization
- lead the team during shifts with no supervision
- operate phones, computers, fax machines and copiers
- open or close the shift
