Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Leadership qualities
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to interact cooperatively with others
  • 1-3 years management experience
  • Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Complete all training requirements including assistant manager development plan
  • Obtain food safety certification and manager certification
  • Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure team members receive ongoing coaching and development
  • Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws
  • Plan and delegate shift assignments communicating expectations and adjusting as needed
  • Supervise and coach team members to perform at their highest level
  • Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Communicate performance concerns to General Manager
  • Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
  • Create and maintain a positive culture and high team morale through recognition and leading by example
  • Handle and report guest and team member complaints and concerns timely and respectfully
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed during daily operations
  • Maintain compliance with franchising and company guidelines, as well as federal, state, and local laws
  • Utilize management tools and keep accurate records
  • Maintain flexible attitude and perform duties beyond the job description
  • Ensure team works safely and follows safety guidelines
  • Report human resources and risk management concerns to management
  • Escalate concerns to supervisor when necessary
  • Perform all duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly
