Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Leadership qualities
- Organizational skills
- Ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including assistant manager development plan
- Obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed guest expectations
- Ensure team members receive ongoing coaching and development
- Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws
- Plan and delegate shift assignments communicating expectations and adjusting as needed
- Supervise and coach team members to perform at their highest level
- Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Communicate performance concerns to General Manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
- Create and maintain a positive culture and high team morale through recognition and leading by example
- Handle and report guest and team member complaints and concerns timely and respectfully
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed during daily operations
- Maintain compliance with franchising and company guidelines, as well as federal, state, and local laws
- Utilize management tools and keep accurate records
- Maintain flexible attitude and perform duties beyond the job description
- Ensure team works safely and follows safety guidelines
- Report human resources and risk management concerns to management
- Escalate concerns to supervisor when necessary
- Perform all duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly
