  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • energetic and motivational attitude
  • high personal and team standards
  • adaptability to a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to learn and grow
