- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
- excellent customer service orientation
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- energetic and motivational attitude
- high personal and team standards

- minimum age of 18 years
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
