The role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Pilot Flying J is critical to supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of these quick service restaurants. The Restaurant Assistant Manager works closely with the Restaurant General Manager to oversee team members, facilitate coaching and training, and ensure customer satisfaction. As a key leadership figure within the restaurant, the Assistant Manager is also responsible for stepping in during the absence of the General Manager and helping to create a positive, productive work environment. The position is full-time with pay rates starting between $48,700.00 and $70,565.00 per year, reflecting the level of responsibility the role entails.
