Job Requirements

  • At least two years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Age 18 or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation for restaurant deposits
  • Commitment to teamwork and leadership development
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage staff schedules and labor costs effectively
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with general manager to achieve business targets and improve restaurant performance
