As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Pilot Flying J, you play a critical role in overseeing the operations of high-volume, quick-service restaurants located within travel centers. This role requires a passionate leader who can support the Restaurant General Manager by managing daily restaurant functions, ensuring smooth and efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Assistant Manager is indispensable for fostering a positive work environment for team members, promoting collaboration, and delivering an exceptional experience to guests. Responsibilities include assisting with team member recruitment, training, coaching, and development, as well as filling in for the General Manager as needed. Additionally, you will oversee food preparation activities, expedite service, and enforce stringent food safety and cleanliness protocols. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $44,100 to $63,900 annually and provides an opportunity to grow within a dynamic, supportive company that values integrity and accountability.   • Ensure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment
