Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years of related experience and or training
  • ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • ability to maintain composure during busy periods
  • certification through IHOP training courses preferred

  • minimum 2 years of related restaurant or management experience

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire the restaurant team
  • manage and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • oversee restaurant cleanliness and organization
  • conduct team huddles and staff meetings to set daily goals
  • handle customer service issues and resolve complaints promptly
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • review daily performance and provide feedback and recognition to staff
