As an Assistant Manager at Fazoli's, you will be an essential part of the management team, playing a critical role in the restaurant's day-to-day operations and success. In this role, you will learn and apply key management functions including inventory management, employee scheduling, cash handling and reconciliation, and other administrative duties. Your leadership will inspire and guide crew members to provide great guest experiences, reflecting Fazoli's core value that "great guest service is what we do." Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Fazoli’s Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
