Job Description
Golden Corral is a well-established franchise organization known for its popular buffet-style dining experience offering a wide variety of freshly prepared, made-to-order meals served in a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Founded with a commitment to quality food, exceptional service, and community engagement, Golden Corral has grown into a large network of independently owned and operated franchises across the United States. Each franchise is dedicated to upholding the high standards set by the corporation while maintaining a local touch to meet the needs of the communities they serve. The company emphasizes creating a pleasant dining atmosphere where customers can enjoy a diverse menu that features everything from hearty comfort foods to healthier options. Golden Corral franchise owners focus on delivering consistent value, quality, and hospitality to patrons.
This particular franchise of Golden Corral is currently seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join their team in an entry-level, hourly management position. This role is tailored for those who want to get hands-on experience by being cross-trained in all key skill positions within the restaurant. The position allows the employee to gain comprehensive knowledge of essential operational tasks including ordering, receiving, inventory storage, and menu planning. Working closely with General and Associate Managers, the individual will participate in a one-year certification program composed of a series of educational modules designed to develop in-store management skills. This structured training coupled with on-the-job experience aims to prepare employees for leadership roles within the company. With an annual salary range between $38,000 and $65,000, this role offers a rewarding opportunity for career growth and advancement within a top-tier restaurant franchise.
Golden Corral places a strong emphasis on supporting their staff by offering benefits tailored to meet the needs of employees and their families. Paid training programs ensure that new hires are well-prepared to succeed, while ongoing development opportunities are available to encourage upward mobility. The organization seeks dedicated employees with at least one to two years of restaurant management experience who are committed to growing and flourishing with a reputable and expanding company. The franchise is an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and considering all qualified applicants without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristics by law. Potential candidates can expect a respectful and inclusive workplace where their skills and contributions are valued. This franchise is independently owned and operated, meaning that all hiring decisions and application processes are managed at the local level by the franchisee's management team, offering candidates direct communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
