Job Requirements
- Passion for the industry including the highest standards for service and guest interaction
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous full-service restaurant manager experience
- Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and Department of Health
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing and inventory systems preferred

Job Duties
- Put the guest experience first
- Ensure every item delivered meets the highest quality and presentation standards
- Maintain awareness of the restaurant atmosphere and set standards for staff
- Recruit, train, and support the team daily
- Serve the local community as if they were friends and family
- Uphold health and safety standards
- Assist General Manager in controlling COGS, labor, and budgets
- Write schedules for front of house staff considering team strengths and business trends
- Work closely with General Manager on company initiatives
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
- Administer human resources and risk management compliance
- Supervise side work for all roles
- Handle opening and/or closing duties
- Assist in executing weekly inventory
- Maintain Condado store emails
- Build and adjust ordering pars for food, liquor, and dry stock
- Temp and taste all food items
- Perform other duties as needed
