Job Requirements
- Passion for the industry including highest standards for service and guest interaction
- Minimum 1-2 years of full-service restaurant manager experience
- Manager ServSafe certification preferred
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Commitment to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and Department of Health
- Familiarity with scheduling, point of sale, invoicing and inventory systems preferred

Job Duties
- Put the guest experience first
- Ensure all delivered items meet Condado's quality and presentation standards
- Maintain awareness of restaurant atmosphere and set staff standards
- Recruit, train, and support team members daily
- Serve the local community inside and outside the restaurant
- Enforce health and safety standards as per Condado and Department of Health
- Assist GM in controlling costs, labor, and budgets
- Create schedules for front of house staff considering strengths and business trends
- Collaborate with GM on initiatives
- Interview, hire, and train new team members
- Manage human resources and risk compliance
- Supervise side work
- Open and close restaurant
- Execute weekly inventory
- Maintain store email communication
- Manage food, liquor, and dry stock ordering pars
- Taste and temp food items
- Perform other duties as assigned
