Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Passion for the industry including high standards for service and guest interaction
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Dedication to health and safety standards from Condado and Department of Health
- Familiarity with scheduling, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems is preferred
Job Qualifications
- Passion for the hospitality industry and guest service excellence
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a full-service restaurant manager
- Preferred Manager ServSafe Certification
- Strong enthusiasm for tacos, tequila, and beer
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory preferred
Job Duties
- Put the guest experience first
- Ensure every food and beverage item meets Condado’s high standards for quality and presentation
- Maintain the desired atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, and support team members daily
- Serve the local community in a friendly and genuine manner
- Uphold health and safety standards as per Condado and Department of Health guidelines
- Assist General Manager in managing cost of goods sold, labor, and budget control
- Prepare schedules for front-of-house staff based on team strengths and business trends
- Work closely with General Manager on brand initiatives
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees
- Manage human resources and risk compliance issues
- Oversee side work assignments for all team roles
- Handle restaurant opening and closing duties
- Assist with weekly inventory execution
- Manage store-related email communications
- Develop and adjust ordering parameters for food, liquor, and dry stock
- Conduct food taste and temperature checks
- Perform other duties as required
