Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of assistant general manager experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • experience managing high-volume operations with revenue over $2 million
  • strong understanding of food safety and operational policies
  • ability to manage and develop teams
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work a 40-hour week
  • hands-on management approach

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of current Assistant General Manager experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • experience with front of house and back of house operations
  • knowledge of inventory management and staffing
  • familiarity with food safety and operational policies
  • ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager
  • interviewing, hiring, and developing team members
  • help build and lead a great team
  • hands-on management style
  • experience in both FOH and BOH
  • managing proper inventory and staffing levels
  • ensuring all food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members
  • must have high-volume experience $2 million+
