Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Commitment to health and safety compliance
- Knowledge of scheduling and inventory systems preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

- Minimum 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Dedication to health and safety standards
- Familiarity with scheduling, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems preferred
Job Duties
- Put the guest experience first
- Ensure every delivered item meets the highest standards for quality and presentation
- Maintain awareness of restaurant ambiance and set standards for staff
- Find, train, and support team daily
- Serve the local community as friends and family
- Adhere to health and safety standards set by Condado and Department of Health
- Assist GM in controlling COGS, labor, and budgets
- Create schedules for Front of House staff considering strengths, weaknesses, and business trends
- Collaborate with GM on company initiatives
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
- Manage human resources and risk compliance
- Supervise side work for all roles
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist with weekly inventory execution
- Manage store emails
- Build and adjust ordering pars for food, liquor, and dry stock
- Temp and taste food items
- Perform other duties as needed
