The role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Pilot Flying J involves supporting the Restaurant General Manager in managing high-volume, quick-service restaurant operations within travel centers. The position requires a dynamic individual capable of supervising team members, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and compliant food service environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will directly assist in hiring, coaching, training, and developing restaurant staff while also filling in when the General Manager is unavailable. In addition to managerial duties, the Assistant Manager will expedite food service and assist with food preparation to maintain operational efficiency.
Compensation for this role starts between $23.52 and $37.49 per hour, with an additional short-term monthly incentive opportunity.
