Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Experience in management or leadership roles
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Conflict-resolution and team leadership abilities
