Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds
- Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Experience in management or leadership roles
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict-resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to identify and develop high-potential talent
- Knowledge of food safety and operational standards
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive occasionally
Job Duties
- Lead and coach the restaurant team to deliver operational excellence
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a positive guest experience
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
- Support scheduling, labor management, and expense control
- Maintain food safety and inventory procedures
- Foster a welcoming and accountable work environment
- Assist with local restaurant marketing efforts
