Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality or hotel management preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead a high-performing team
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week on variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant teams alongside the General Manager to achieve operational excellence
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality food and service
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and local marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, inventory, and cleanliness standards
  • Foster a positive and accountable work environment promoting teamwork
  • Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with team members and guests
