Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead a high-performing team
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work 45 hours per week on variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
- Obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
