Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a passionate team
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
- Able to obtain required certifications and permits as per state and local laws
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
- Experience managing a team
Job Duties
- Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations
- Uphold company standards and serve as a brand ambassador
- Oversee cost centers and operational budgets
- Create an unparalleled and memorable guest and team member experience
- Champion company culture and promote continuous improvement
- Motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to hospitality and service
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations including certifications and permits
