Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a passionate team
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
  • Able to obtain required certifications and permits as per state and local laws
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
  • Experience managing a team

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations
  • Uphold company standards and serve as a brand ambassador
  • Oversee cost centers and operational budgets
  • Create an unparalleled and memorable guest and team member experience
  • Champion company culture and promote continuous improvement
  • Motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to hospitality and service
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations including certifications and permits
